THE SUPER ROYALS MEMBERSHIP

The Super Royals Membership is a membership programme launched by Royals Multisport Private Limited ("RMPL") with regard to its web-based application termed as the Rajasthan Royals application ("RR App") and website ("Membership"), which may be downloaded on any Android, Apple iOS, or Microsoft Windows powered mobile devices. RMPL owns and operates the Rajasthan Royals("RR") team ("Team") and facilitates their management and administration towards their participation in the Indian Premier League ("IPL").

Any person, who has created or hereinafter creates a valid user profile on the RR App/website ("Participant") would be permitted to participate in the Membership subject to the fulfilment of the following conditions:

1. The Participant is a citizen of India and is currently residing within the territory of India; and
2. The Participant is 18 (eighteen) years of age and is of sound mind; and
3. The Participant has paid the Membership Fee (defined below).

Pursuant to the receipt of the payment of the Membership Fee, the Participant shall be hereinafter referred to as "Super Royal/s".

1. A Participant who has enrolled for the Membership during any calendar year shall continue to have access to the Membership as a Super Royal till December 31 of such relevant year.
2. A Participant(s) shall be entitled to avail the Membership benefits and entitlements only during their respective term of Membership as stated in Clause (III) (a)(Term"). In the event a Participant has not utilised any of Membership benefits and entitlements prior to the expiry of the Term, then all such unutilised Membership benefits and entitlements shall also stand cancelled.

1. As a Super Royal, by accessing the Membership, you shall be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms") listed herein, the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of the RR App/website, and such all other policies, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided on the RR App/website or may be prescribed by RMPL during the Term or as specified.
2. Accordingly, by participating in the Membership on the RR App/website and clicking "Accept", you have agreed to participate in the Membership at your own risk and agree that you have carefully read and accepted these Terms, and the terms and conditions set out on the RR App/website.
3. By agreeing to accessing this Membership and accepting these Terms, you hereby agree that you have explicitly provided your consent to RMPL, as may be required under the relevant applicable laws:
4. to collect, utilize, exploit, share and store such data and personal information relating to your Membership and user profile;
5. to share such data and personal information with third parties for marketing and advertising purposes; and
6. to permit RMPL to track your activities on all social media handles and to receive transactional and promotional updates and any other form of electronic communications including but not limited to by way of pop-ups, notifications, e-mails, WhatsApp notifications, messages, etc. from RMPL and other third parties.
7. RMPL shall store all information pertaining to the Super Royals in conformance to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its ancillary regulations ("IT Act"), and applicable data protection laws and shall accordingly observe all statutory safeguards and practices in the collection, processing, storage, handling and disposal of all Super Royals' information including compliance to the data protection laws under the relevant provisions of the IT Act and applicable data protection laws by implementing practical technical and organizational measures to protect such information against any unauthorized access.
8. RMPL reserves the right to upload and post the names, photos, videos or such other audio-visual content of the Super Royals, and undertake any activity including any promotion and marketing activity as RMPL may, in its sole discretion, deem fit, across all RMPL platforms and channels
9. RMPL, without any prior notice or intimation to the Super Royals, reserves the right to modify these Terms for the Membership in any manner and at any point in time, effective immediately on such revised terms being posted on the RR App/website. The Super Royals' continued usage of the RR App/website will be deemed to be an acceptance of any such modification.

1. In lieu of the subscription fee (exclusive of taxes) being paid by the Participant, RMPL shall provide the relevant services mentioned herein to the Participant, who shall thereafter be deemed as a Super Royal ("Membership Fee"). In order to enrol in this Membership, all Super Royals are required to make a payment through any of the designated online mediums by RMPL. The relevant Membership Fee for each tier are as follows:

   1. Pro: INR 999;
   2. Elite: INR 4999.

1. As a Super Royal, one shall earn exclusive merchandise, third-party vouchers and experiences, as detailed out here https://rajasthanroyals.com/membership.
2. The Super Royals shall be entitled to the following benefits as a part of their benefits, subject to the selection of the relevant Membership tier and its corresponding payment by the relevant Super Royal:
   
   
   1. Super Royals Pro: A Super Royal who has subscribed to the Super Royals pro tier (“Super Royals Pro”) shall be provided with the following benefits as per RMPL’s discretion:
      
      
      • The Super Royals Pro will be provided with access to exclusive content which shall be available on the RR App and on the RR website during the onset of the relevant IPL Season in the form of live footage of training sessions, short form daily content and high resolution of photos of digital collectibles, which shall be selected as per RMPL’s discretion.
      • A20% discount voucher for the RR Shop shall be issued to the relevant Super Royals Pro. The discount voucher will be applied at checkout and shall be subject to a cap of INR 250. This discount voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions, and the discount voucher is non-transferable and shall have no cash value. The discount voucher is subject to a limited validity period and will expire within the relevant Term.
      • The Super Royals Pro shall be provided to early access to purchase selectnumber of tickets to attend any RR home match(es) of the relevant IPL Season which has been pre-approved by RMPL for early access, in Phase 1 of the early access window for purchasing tickets, (“Early Access 1”) in the manner intimated by RMPL and the relevant ticketing partner. RMPL shall have the sole discretion to determine the limited stands for which the relevant Super Royals Pro can purchase tickets for the selected match(es).
      • RMPL shall intimate the Super Royals Pro via RR’s social media accounts with respect to the stipulated timelines for Early Access 1, during which the Super Royals Pro may proceed to purchase the relevant tickets. RMPL reserves the sole right and discretion (i) to determine the timelines for Early Access 1 (ii) to alter the medium/platform for communicating the relevant timelines to Super Royals Pro for Early Access 1 (iii) to determine the timelines within which the Super Royals Pro will have to intimate RMPL about the relevant match for which they are seeking Early Access 1. RMPL shall not be liable for the failure of the Super Royals Pro to access/submit the relevant details within the timelines specified on the relevant communication platforms/mediums.
      • RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the matches for which Early Access 1 shall be provided. Following are the terms of the Early Access 1:
      • Availability of tickets during the Early Access 1 is on a first come first serve basis and is subject to availability on the ticketing partner’s platform.
      • All payments (including all applicable taxes) in lieu of the tickets shall be made by the relevant Super Royals Pro directly to the ticketing partner.
      • The Super Royals Pro shall be required to collect the relevant tickets pursuant to the successful purchase of the tickets, in the manner specified by the relevant ticketing partner.
      • It is hereby clarified that Early Access 1 does not provide for any assurance on the purchase of tickets from the relevant ticketing partner.
      • RMPL shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever in the event that the Super Royals Pro is not able to purchase tickets during Early Access 1. This service / or entitlement only provides the relevant Super Royals Pro phase-wise access to the relevant ticketing platform prior to the general customer of the ticketing platform.
      • Further RMPL reserves the right to alter or cancel this benefit at its sole discretion at any point of time during the Term.
      • The Super Royals Pro will be eligible to participate in exclusive skill-based contests which RMPL may conduct during the Term exclusively for Super Royals members. RMPL has sole discretion to determine the structure, rewards, and terms of such skill-based contest(s), if any. Rewards may include, but are not limited to receiving tickets to pre-approved RR home games during the relevant season, in accordance with the terms of the relevant contests and subject to RMPL’s sole discretion. RMPL reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of such contests and rewards at its discretion. It is hereinafter that such skill-based contests, if any, shall not be construed as a lottery and that there shall be no element of chance involved.
      • The Super Royals Pro shall receive a Membership welcome kit pursuant to the successful registration of the relevant Super Royals Membership. For any further details on the items which will comprise as a part of the Membership welcome kit, please refer to  https://www.rajasthanroyals.com/membership.
      • The Super Royals Pro shall be provided with access to the relevant WhatsApp groups for Super Royals members as per RMPL’s discretion.
      • The Super Royals Pro shall be provided with priority access to purchase the relevant 2025 jersey(s), and purchase and/or access RR events (“Priority Items”), which shall be determined and shall be subject to RMPL’s sole discretion. RR events shall include but not be limited to priority access at any match screenings, brand events, turf cricket events etc. as per RMPL’s sole discretion. Further, all payments (including applicable taxes) in relation to any such Priority Items shall be made by the Super Royals Pro directly to the relevant merchandise partner, ticketing partner and/or any other partner specified by RMPL. However, it is clarified that the priority access shall be provided on a first come first serve basis and shall be subject to availability of the relevant benefit. RMPL shall not be liable in the event the Super Royals Pro is not able to purchase the relevant Priority Items, and purchase and/or access the relevant RR events via the priority access granted by RMPL.
        
        
   2. Super Royals Elite: A Super Royal who has subscribed to the Super Royals elite tier (“Super Royals Elite”) shall be provided with the following benefits as per RMPL’s discretion:
      • The Super Royals Elite will be provided with access to exclusive content which shall be available on the RR App and on the RR website during the onset of the relevant IPL Season in the form of live footage of training sessions, short form daily content and high resolution of photos of digital collectibles, which shall be selected as per RMPL’s discretion.
      • A25% discount voucher for the RR Shop shall be issued to the relevant Super Royals Elite. The discount voucher will be applied at checkout and shall be subject to a cap of INR 350. This discount voucher cannot be combined with any other promotions, and the discount voucher is non-transferable and shall have no cash value. The discount voucher is subject to a limited validity period and will expire within the relevant Term.
      • The Super Royals Elite shall be provided to early access to purchase selectnumber of tickets to attend any RR home match(es) of the relevant IPL Season which has been pre-approved by RMPL for Early Access 1 for purchasing tickets, i.e. Early Access 1 in the manner intimated by RMPL and the relevant ticketing partner. RMPL shall have the sole discretion to determine the limited stands for which the relevant Super Royals Elite can purchase tickets for the selected match(es).
      • RMPL shall intimate the Super Royals Elite via RR’s social media accounts with respect to the stipulated timelines for Early Access 1, during which the Super Royals Elite may proceed to purchase the relevant tickets. RMPL reserves the sole right and discretion (i) to determine the timelines for Early Access 1 (ii) to alter the medium/platform for communicating the relevant timelines to Super Royals Elite for Early Access 1 (iii) to determine the timelines within which the Super Royals Elite will have to intimate RMPL about the relevant match for which they are seeking Early Access 1. RMPL shall not be liable for the failure of the Super Royals Elite to access/submit the relevant details within the timelines specified on the relevant communication platforms/mediums.
      • RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the matches for which Early Access 1 shall be provided. Following are the terms of the Early Access 1:
        • Availability of tickets during the Early Access 1 is on a first come first serve basis and is subject to availability on the ticketing partner’s platform.
        • All payments (including all applicable taxes) in lieu of the tickets shall be made by the relevant Super Royals Elite directly to the ticketing partner.
        • The Super Royals Elite shall be required to collect the relevant tickets pursuant to the successful purchase of the tickets, in the manner specified by the relevant ticketing partner.
      • It is hereby clarified that Early Access 1 does not provide for any assurance on the  purchase of tickets from the relevant ticketing partner.
      • RMPL shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever in the event that the Super Royals Elite is not able to purchase tickets during Early Access 1. This service / or entitlement only provides the relevant Super Royals Elite phase-wise access to the relevant ticketing platform prior to the general customer of the ticketing platform.
      • Further RMPL reserves the right to alter or cancel this benefit at its sole discretion at any point of time during the Term.
      • The Super Royals Elite will be eligible to participate in exclusive skill-based contests which RMPL may conduct during the Term exclusively for Super Royals members. RMPL has sole discretion to determine the structure, rewards, and terms of such skill-based contest(s), if any. Rewards may include but are not limited to receiving tickets to pre-approved RR home games during the relevant season, in accordance with the terms of the relevant contests and subject to RMPL’s sole discretion. RMPL reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of such contests and rewards at its discretion.       • The Super Royals Elite shall receive a Membership welcome kit pursuant to the successful registration of the relevant Super Royals Membership.       • The Super Royals Elite shall be provided with access to the relevant WhatsApp groups for Super Royals members as per RMPL’s discretion.
      • The Super Royals Elite shall be provided with priority access to purchase the relevant 2025 jersey(s), and purchase and/or access RR events, i.e. Priority Items, which shall be determined and shall be subject to RMPL’s sole discretion. RR events shall include but not be limited to priority access at any match screenings, brand events, turf cricket events etc. as per RMPL’s sole discretion. Further, all payments (including applicable taxes) in relation to any such Priority Items shall be made by the Super Royals Elite directly to the relevant merchandise partner, ticketing partner and/or any other partner specified by RMPL. However, it is clarified that the priority access shall be provided on a first come first serve basis and shall be subject to availability of the relevant benefit. RMPL shall not be liable in the event the Super Royals Elite is not able to purchase the relevant Priority Items, and purchase and/or access the relevant RR events via the priority access granted by RMPL.
      • The Super Royals Elite shall be provided with the opportunity to interact with any one RR Team player via video call during the Term as per RMPL’s discretion. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to select the relevant player, specify the duration and platform for the call, and to select the relevant time slot for the call. RMPL shall have the sole discretion to alter or cancel this benefit at its sole discretion. RMPL shall not be responsible for rescheduling the call or for selecting another RR Team player in the event the relevant Super Royals Elite is not available for the relevant call.
      • The relevant Super Royals Elite shall be provided with early assured access to purchase 2(two) tickets for any stand for any 1(one) RR home game (from a series of pre-approved games by RMPL) during in Phase 0, i.e. the early assured access booking window for purchasing tickets (“Early Assured Access”) from the ticketing partner notified by RMPL.  RMPL shall intimate the Super Royals Elite(s) via RR’s social media accounts with respect to relevant timelines within which the Super Royals Elite will select the relevant matches for which they are seeking Early Assured Access and the stipulated timelines for Early Assured Access, during which the Super Royals Elite may proceed to purchase the relevant tickets. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the matches for which Early Assured Access shall be provided. Following are the terms of the Early Assured Access:
        • Availability of tickets during the Early Assured Access is on a first come first serve basis and is subject to availability on the ticketing partner’s platform.
        • All payments (including all applicable taxes) in lieu of the tickets shall be made by the relevant Super Royals Elite directly to the ticketing partner.
        • The Super Royals Elite shall be required to collect the relevant tickets pursuant to the successful purchase of the tickets, in the manner specified by the relevant ticketing partner.
      • RMPL reserves the sole right and discretion (i) to determine the timelines within which the Super Royals Elite will have to intimate RMPL about the relevant match for which they are seeking Early Assured Access, and; (ii) the timelines for Early Assured Access (iii) to alter the medium/platform for communicating the relevant timelines to Super Royals Elite for Early Assured Access.
      • RMPL reserves the right to alter or cancel this benefit at its sole discretion at any point of time during the Term.
      • RMPL shall not be liable for the failure of the Super Royals Elite to access and/or submit the relevant details within the stipulated timelines from the relevant communication platforms/mediums.
      • RMPL shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever in the event that the Super Royals Elite is not able to purchase tickets during Early Assured Access. This service / or entitlement only provides the relevant Super Royals Elite phase-wise access to the relevant platform prior to the general customer(s) of the platform. Further RMPL reserves the right to alter or cancel this benefit at any point of time at its sole discretion.
3. The membership earned by the Super Royal shall be non-transferable and non-assignable to any individual other than the Super Royal. The rewards and entitlements availed by the Super Royals are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-returnable in any form or manner. These rewards and prizes received by a Super Royal shall not be exchangeable for any other goods, services or cash.
4. Upon electing to avail the rewards and entitlements, the Super Royal shall be required to provide personal details and information, including but not limited to name, email address, contact number, full address, and such other information as may be requested by RMPL.
5. RMPL reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the Participant and the Membership Fee paid by such Participant prior to granting any rewards to the Super Royal/s.
6. The benefits and rewards provided under the Membership are conferred upon all Super Royals and are not contingent upon any form of lucky draw or chance.
7. RMPL shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever in the event that a Super Royal is not able to purchase or access any entitlement/benefit via any platform. This service / or entitlement only provides the relevant Super Royal access to the relevant platform prior to the general customer(s) of the platform. Further RMPL reserves the right to alter or cancel this benefit at any point of time at its sole discretion.
8. RMPL shall not be liable for the quality, warranty, reliability, or performance of the rewards and entitlements availed by the Super Royal/s throughout the Term of their Membership.
9. RMPL shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability, or any other claims arising out of or in connection with the Membership, including but not limited to the rewards, benefits, or entitlements associated therewith.

• Membership welcome kits for the respective tiers shall be dispatched to the relevant Super Royal within 2(two)weeks of successful registration, to their registered address, unless otherwise communicated by RMPL to the Super Royal. It is hereby clarified that the welcome kits shall only be eligible for delivery within the territory of India and Super Royal/s providing an invalid address or address outside the territory of India shall hereby forfeit the benefit of such Membership welcome kit. In the event the Super Royal provides the wrong address, RMPL shall not be responsible for misdirected or lost deliveries or any consequences thereof.
• The Super Royal further acknowledges and understands that the delivery of the welcome kit may be delayed beyond the timeline set out above due to unforeseen circumstances, including a Force Majeure Event (as defined herein), and such Super Royal agrees to not make any claims against RMPL for such delay in delivery.
• The welcome kits shall be non-transferable, non-refundable and non-returnable in any form and manner, and shall not be considered as a purchase of merchandise.

1. The Super Royal acknowledges and understands that RMPL, will always be bound by and will be subject to the rules/regulations/ directives/ decisions of IPL/Board for Control of Cricket in India ("BCCI")/ International Cricket Council ("ICC") and/or any other concerned cricket governing body and/or any court/arbitrator/tribunal orders, rules/decisions/directives of government and quasi-governmental bodies.
2. The performance of the obligations by the Super Royal under these Terms and the terms and conditions on the RR App/website will be in accordance with the terms dictated/ decided by IPL/BCCI and the ICC Rules and Regulations, applicable local and municipal laws, government directives, court orders and legal compliances from time to time, as applicable to RMPL. The Super Royal further acknowledges that the performance of the obligations under these Terms would be subject to the privacy policy provided by RMPL on the official webpage of RMPL, as amended and revised from time to time.

RMPL may, at its sole and exclusive discretion have the right to suspend and/or terminate the Membership of the Super Royal if:

1. the Super Royal is found to use multiple identities/user profiles to participate in the Membership;
2. if the Super Royal provides unauthorized access to any third person to participate in the Membership for and on behalf of the Super Royal;
3. the Super Royal makes any false claim for eligibility to avail rewards and entitlements;
4. the Super Royal through his actions and conduct causes any loss, harm, damage or disrepute to the reputation and the brand name carried by RMPL and/or the RR Team;
5. the Super Royal violates any of the terms and conditions laid down in these Terms and the terms and conditions on the RR App/website or any policies, rules, regulations, orders or codes of the BCCI;
6. if the Super Royal provides any information which is found to be false, inaccurate or misleading; and
7. if the Super Royal is involved in any illegal or prohibited activity including any activity regarded as betting, gambling, wagering under applicable laws of India.

1. The Super Royal undertakes that the Super Royal shall not be permitted to assign or allocate the right to use and receive the benefits of the Membership to any third party or any other person.
2. The Super Royal hereby undertakes that the Super Royal shall be the sole identified participant in the Membership through the user profile of such Super Royal.
3. The Super Royal hereby undertakes that he/she shall ensure compliance with all applicable law(s) at all times and the Super Royal shall ensure that the actions undertaken by the Super Royal shall not be prejudicial to RMPL and shall not result in any disrepute to RMPL, the RR Team and their associates and affiliates.
4. The Super Royal hereby undertakes to ensure compliance with the extant regulatory framework regulating anti-corruption, anti-money laundering activities, including the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002.
5. The Super Royal acknowledges and agrees that RMPL shall be the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights associated with the Membership, including, without limitation, any content, materials, information, and documentation provided in connection with the Super Royal’s participation. The Super Royal further agrees not to use, reproduce, or distribute any intellectual property of RMPL without obtaining prior written consent from RMPL.
6. The Super Royal hereby agrees and acknowledges that the Super Royal shall at all times and under all circumstances refrain from the usage of any language, terms, graphical, audio-visual or other representations (including speeches, defamatory reviews and defamatory and offensive emails, messages and public statements) which would result in any loss, harm, damage or disrepute to the reputation and the brand name carried by RMPL (including its affiliates, associated entities, shareholders, directors, staff and employees). The Super Royal further agrees that in the event that the Super Royal undertakes the usage of any language or representations which result in loss or disrepute to the reputation of RMPL (including but not limited to its affiliates, associated entities, shareholders, directors, staff and employees), RMPL would be entitled to take such actions as would be considered appropriate including a breach of the terms of these Terms.
7. The Super Royal acknowledges that as a part of the Membership, certain services, benefits/entitlements are being provided to the Super Royal and that such benefit or entitlement shall not be construed as a purchase of merchandise from RMPL. RMPL has the right to enter into arrangements with relevant third-party service providers for the purpose of providing the benefits/entitlements under the Membership.

1. It is hereby clarified that RMPL shall not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction suffered on account of any delay or disruption in the Membership and/or inability to avail the rewards by the Super Royals on account of occurrence of any Force Majeure Event.
2. "Force Majeure Event" shall mean any event due to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the Party, including, without limitation, unavailability of any communication system, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, accident, acts of God, civil commotion, pandemic (including but not limited to Covid-19), strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, pandemic, (and the use of any derelict weapons of war including bombs, torpedoes, bio- chemical war weapons, atomic weapons, weapons employing nuclear fission or radioactive materials), the use or operation, as a means for inflicting harm, of any computer, computer system, computer software, computer software programme, malicious code, computer virus or process or any other electronic system, terrorism, change in schedules, rules, regulations or guidelines of the IPL and/or BCCI, or the cancellation or rescheduling of any matches of the IPL.

The Membership and its benefits are provided strictly on an "as is" basis with all faults or failings. Any representations, warranties, conditions or guarantee whatsoever, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted provision, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non- infringement) are specifically excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In the event of a breach of the terms and conditions set out under these Terms by any such Super Royal, RMPL may take any such action, as deemed appropriate, including (without limitation to) taking all or any of the following actions:

1. Immediate temporary or permanent suspension and/or termination of the Super Royal’s access to the Membership;
2. Filing of any suit, claim for damages or take any legal action available against the Super Royal/s for breach of the terms of these Terms; and
3. To undertake any and all such actions and remedies as may be available to RMPL under applicable law including filing a suit for claim for damages resulting from any losses suffered from the actions of the Super Royal/s in derogation of the terms and conditions of these Terms.

1. The provisions of these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable law(s). In the event any disputes arise between RMPL and the Super Royal/s in connection with these Terms, that cannot otherwise be amicably resolved between the parties, such dispute shall be exclusively submitted to the courts of Mumbai.
2. RMPL hereby reserves the right to bring any action seeking injunctive relief or any other form of equitable relief available to RMPL under applicable law(s) of India before any courts of Mumbai and the courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute raised by RMPL in connection with these Terms.

1. RMPL hereby reserves the right to assign, transfer or allocate the rights available to it under the provisions of these Terms to any entity as deemed appropriate by RMPL.
2. The Super Royal hereby undertakes that he/she shall not assign, transfer or allocate any rights, duties, and obligations available to him/her under the provisions of these Terms.

In the event any provisions of these Terms are deemed as illegal or unenforceable under the provisions of any Applicable Law in force in India, the remaining clauses under these Terms (and any terms and conditions contained hereunder) shall continue to remain and have full force and effect unless such illegality and unenforceability violates the very basis of these Terms.

1. This Membership shall be held at the discretion of RMPL and RMPL may, at any point of time and without procuring prior consent or providing prior intimation to Super Royals, discontinue or modify this Membership.
2. These Terms shall be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions and the privacy policy of the RR App/website and such all other policies, rules, regulations and terms of use referred to herein or provided on the RR App/website or may be prescribed by RMPL.
3. The Participant acknowledges that RMPL hereby reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change the provisions of these terms and conditions, the benefits and rewards arising from the Terms at any time as determined appropriate by RMPL, without the prior notification to the Participant.
4. It is hereby clarified that all members of the Regional Squads (defined hereinafter) shall be bound by all terms outlined in Part A and Part B of these Terms. RMPL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or supplement the terms set forth in Part A and Part B of these Terms at any time.

A Super Royal may raise any complaints, queries and concerns ("Complaint) regarding the provision of services, payment details and such other complaint or grievance arising in connection with the Super Royals’ utilization of or experience of the Membership on the contact details which shall be available at https://www.rajasthanroyals.com/terms-conditions
