Super Royals Elite members receive assured early access to two tickets for one home game in a stand of their choice, purchasable on BookMyShow. Moreover, the Super Royals Elite members will also be eligible for Early Access to tickets for every match along with Super Royals Pro members in Phase 1 of Early Access to tickets.
No, the player for the video call is pre-selected and the date / timing of the call will be announced based on player availability.
Super Royals Elite members will receive a form asking them for their matchday preference. Based on this, members will receive a link for booking their preferred tickets in Phase 0 of ticket sales for the indicated match. If you miss purchasing your assured access tickets for a given match you will be provided assured access to your next preferred match. All Super Royals Elite members will receive early access to tickets as part of Phase 1 for every home match.
Yes, as a Super Royals Elite member you will receive a link to fill out your preferred match and as part of your assured access you will be able to purchase 2 tickets in any stand for your preferred match.
Super Royals Elite members can only get access to two tickets for one Rajasthan Royals home match planned at one of our home stadiums in Jaipur or Guwahati depending upon the fixtures announced. These tickets cannot be replaced for away matches and cannot be refunded or exchanged for other benefits.
While we understand that there may be occasions where you want separate matchday tickets, please note that Super Royals Elite members will get access to two tickets for a single matchday only.
Assured access tickets will only be available to Super Royals Elite members who enroll at least 2 days before the second-to-last home match of the season.
Unfortunately, it would not be possible to reschedule the virtual player interaction. The players have extremely busy schedules during the IPL season, and the timings for these interactions are set based on their availability. We recommend ensuring you’re available during the scheduled time to make the most of this exclusive benefit.
If a match is canceled, Super Royals Elite members with assured ticket access will be provided to their next preferred match. If the last available match is cancelled then the assured ticket benefit will not be carried over to the next season.
No, assured access tickets are valid only for the current IPL season and cannot be carried forward to the next season. We encourage you to redeem this benefit during the specified window to ensure you don't miss out.
