The Caribbean has seen one too many explosive batters over the years, and Shimron Hetmyer is definitely on that list. The left-handed Windies international screams destruction with every stroke he plays. Having previously represented RCB and DC in the IPL, he was signed up by Rajasthan Royals in 2022. Sporting his specially dyed pink hair and his usual smile, Shimron Hetmyer made it a season to remember, for him as well as the franchise. With his enormous six-hitting at the death, he gave the Royals' batting unit a new lease of life and racked up his highest-ever IPL tally of 314 runs in the season. And oh, he also flew home to witness the birth of his first child and came back to finish the season on a high.
