This website, www.rajasthanroyals.com (“Website”) is operated by Royal Multisport Private Limited (formerly known as Jaipur IPL Cricket Private Limited) (“RMPL”) and the Royal Rajasthan Foundation (“Foundation”), which is the corporate social responsibility wing of RMPL. At RMPL and the Foundation (hereinafter jointly and severally referred to as “we”, “our” or similar), we are very sensitive to the privacy concerns of visitors to our Website, since many of the visitors to this Website may include children. We take care that the content posted on this Website is appropriate for their viewing and/or use.
This privacy statement outlines the way in which RMPL and/or the Foundation gathers, uses and processes the information relating to you which is personally identifiable, the user of the Website (hereinafter referred to as “User” or “you” or similar). Certain pieces of this information related to you may not individually identify you, but when combined with other information, could lead to your personal identification. Consequently, we will classify such information as personal information as well (hereinafter collectively referred to as (“Personal Information”). By using this Website, the User consents to the use (including transfer and/or disclosure) of information as described below. This privacy policy shall be applicable to any and all activities relating the Foundation, including but not limited to collection and refunds of donations made by Users.
This privacy policy (“Policy”) applies to visitors who are located in India, other parts of the world, including the European Union (“EU”) and is in compliance with the Information Technology Laws, 2000 (“IT Act”), Reasonable Security Practices And Procedures And Sensitive Personal Data Or Information Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”) and The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). The Policy will articulate the reason for collecting the data, the manner in which the data will be processed and used, the legal basis for processing the data and how long will the data be kept.
We collect the following information from visitors to our Website: Personal Information volunteered by you (via online or offline registration forms), such as name, contact details, e-mail address, postal address, telephone/mobile number, your gender, date of birth, profile picture etc. and non-personal information such as IP addresses, information relating to what pages have been viewed (e.g., using cookies as described further below) and whether you have chosen to receive future communications from RMPL, the Foundation, Rajasthan Royals (“Rajasthan Royals”) and/or its partners.
On some of our web pages, you may be able to make donations, enter contests, vote in polls or otherwise express an opinion, or subscribe to one of our services such as our newsletters, or participate in one of our online forums or communities or otherwise voluntarily provide information to us. In connection with certain online/offline competitions and contests, you may be invited to submit Personal Information that we will collect only when you voluntarily provide it.
We may collect Personal Information from you when you avail any of the services from our website and/or when RMPL engages with you and third parties during the ordinary course of business.

We may also use the Personal Information for our internal administration, record keeping purposes and to protect the company, Website, and services/products for the effective operation of our business.
In the event that the operations of the RMPL are transferred to or integrated with another operation, your details may be disclosed to our advisors and transferee of the operations of RMPL.
The Information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of India. It may also be processed by staff operating outside India who work for us or third parties.
Our retention periods for personal data are based on business needs and legal requirements. We will store your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes indicated in this Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law. We ensure that personal data of the Users on this Website is subject to appropriate security.

Although, we will endeavour to meet the requirements of the Internet Security policy envisaged under this section, we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss, disruption or damage to your data or your computer system that may occur whilst using material derived from this Website. As best practice, we also strongly recommend that you regularly run an anti-virus programme on all material downloaded from the Internet.
We take reasonable security measures and procedures, and as specified by applicable law, to maintain appropriate physical, technical and administrative security to help prevent loss, misuse, or unauthorized access, disclosure or modification of Personal Information. The hosting facilities for our Website are situated in India. However, Your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the territory of India or the European Economic Area (“EEA”).
