December 27, 2024, Guwahati, India: Rajasthan Royals is issuing a final call for all ticket holders of the cancelled match between Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) last season to claim their refunds. This is the last opportunity for fans to receive their refunds. More than 90 percent of refunds have already been successfully processed and the Royals deeply appreciate the cooperation and support of our fans throughout this process. For those who have not yet submitted their claims, the Royals are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
Refund Process Details:
- Eligibility: Fans must present their original ticket and a valid government-issued ID to be eligible for a refund
- Timeline: Refunds will be processed within one month from the date of ticket and ID submission after verification and due diligence has been done
- Assistance: Rajasthan Royals representatives will assist with collecting the details of refund requests at the ACA office from January 2nd to 11th, 12 pm to 5 PM
Steps to Claim Refunds:
- Visit the ACA office during the specified dates and timings
- Fans must bring their original ticket and valid Govt ID for verification along with 1 cancelled cheque of their bank account
- Royals team will assist the fans by collecting the details of the refund requests
Note:
- Refunds will only be issued to ticket holders who provide the required documents within the specified timeline, after proper verification of claims
- Tickets submitted after January 11th will not be eligible for a refund
