Royals Sports Group is pleased to announce the elevation of Siddhartha Lahiri to the role of Head of International Player Development.
Lahiri will spearhead efforts to enhance the franchise’s academy network, working round the year with academies in Jaipur, Surrey, Pune and New Jersey. His role will also encompass coaching responsibilities within the Royals’ overseas franchises.

In his new role, Lahiri will focus on refining player pathways, integrating cutting-edge training methodologies, and fostering a collaborative culture among coaches and players across the Royals academies. The franchise aims to solidify its reputation as a hub for cricketing excellence, offering world-class training and opportunities to young talent.
