Rajasthan Royals will be without captain Sanju Samson for Saturday’s Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 clash against the Lucknow Super Giants at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.
Samson was ruled out of the match due to an abdominal injury. Vice-captain Riyan Parag will step in to lead the side in Samson’s absence.
Samson, who had to play the first three matches of the season as a batting Impact Player due to a finger injury, picked up the fresh knock during the Royals’ last match against Delhi Capitals on April 16.
