Royals Sports Group-owned franchise Rajasthan Royals regret to announce that their 28-year-old marquee pacer Prasidh Krishna will miss the 2024 season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) owing to a tear to his left proximal quadriceps tendon, for which he has recently undergone a successful surgery.
The right arm pacer will now undergo a complete rehabilitation programme with the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in order to recover and get back to competitive cricket.
The Royals are in constant touch with Prasidh, and are doing everything possible to support him during this recuperative phase. The franchise wants to extend its best wishes to him for a speedy recovery and looks forward to seeing him back on the field!
